Our Delivery Process
- We receive your order and begin processing it. We’ll contact you if we need any additional details or if any stocking issues come up.
- We consolidate everything and ship it all out every Tuesday on SAME DAY shipping so the fish are guaranteed in the best condition when they arrive!
- You receive a tracking link from us via [email protected] so you can follow along and see when your order will arrive. Arrival will be anytime throughout the day, but its guaranteed to be before 5pm so please be available to receive your order.
- Upon delivery, the courier will ask for your name or take a picture of the goods as proof of delivery.
- Please inspect your order to see if there’s any issues with it. You can refer to our DOA (dead on arrival) policy if needed.
